Service Scope

GPU Store provides product tracking, pricing information, retailer links, and optional alerts. We do not guarantee that any listing, price, availability status, or retailer link is accurate, current, or complete at any specific moment.

Retailer inventory changes quickly. You are responsible for confirming availability, price, taxes, shipping, warranty terms, and merchant policies before purchasing.

Affiliate Disclosure

Some outbound links may be affiliate links. If you click a retailer link and make a purchase, Silly Ventures may receive compensation. That does not change the price you pay unless the retailer states otherwise.

Alerts And Messaging

If you submit a phone number or email address, you authorize us to send the alerts you requested. SMS alert delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or unavailable due to carrier or platform issues.

You are responsible for providing a number or address you control. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS alerts.

Acceptable Use And Liability

You may not use the service to abuse retailer systems, interfere with the site, scrape protected content from GPU Store, or submit false or unauthorized contact information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silly Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
